This condominium is a very pretty two story, 2 bedroom unit within a boutique 9 unit waterfront complex. This unit has a beachy Caribbean blue on white paint scheme and a gorgeous Brazilian river rock granite breakfast bar. The upstairs bedrooms are painted in grey with a black furnishings. The unit has a great flow and lots of natural light. Fully renovated bedrooms and bathroom with a granite shower bench. Access to our shared pool / hot tub, and ample outdoor space. The complex has 150 feet of waterfront for fishing in our own private honey hole. Seagulls, pelicans, herons and cranes are constant companions on the property.

Very comfortable King-sized bed set against an elegant themed wallpaper. The room has a fan with a remote and a 50 inch TV. The bedroom has a large 4 drawer wardrobe and perfect nook with a built- in granite desk. The nightstands are silver. The master bedroom also has an electric fireplace and an outdoor deck with a 2 person dining set with a wine chiller.
Very comfortable queen -sized bed set against an elegant gold wallpaper. The room has a fan with a remote and a 50 inch TV. The bedroom has a large 4 drawer wardrobe and a large nook with a built- in granite desk. The nightstands are silver and have lights that are hand touch operated.
Jack and Jill bathroom with modern LED mirror and a glass mosaic tile for the backsplash. Lights are dimmable. Vanity is wrapped in high quality granite and shower has a granite threshold and granite seat.
This unit does include a washer and dryer at the top of the stairs. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided as well as an iron and ironing board.
Iron / full size ironing board are in the closet under the stairs. We also include a beach cooler, 2 beach towels, and 2 beach chairs along with a broom and dustpan. At the top of the stairs there is a brand new LG washer dryer combo and a full length built-in LED mirror. Stairs are wood with a marble tile inlay.
Our sunshaded pool is right at the water’s edge and is an excellent place for photos and relaxing. There are multiple loungers within the pool area and 4 adirondack chairs. Try our hot tub after a great day of beaching! In addition, we have a 150 foot dock that covers the entire back of the complex. The outdoor kitchen, fish cleaning station, and dining areas all have lights at night. There is a beautiful 6 seater table with lazy suzan over the water. We even have cornhole to play along the water’s edge. The property boasts a floating dock for easier ingress and egress while swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. This is a great space for enjoying our beautiful canal in good company.
Guests will be able to access their unit as well as the common areas of the complex around the pool and by the bulkhead.
Normally I am not available to socialize onsite but my co-hosts Ms. Lutchie is available by phone or on site to answer any questions or concerns.
Occupancy Limits: Occupancy limits are posted and confirmed at time of reservation. If guests exceed the occupancy limits agreed upon at the time of the reservation, the guest will be asked to leave without a refund. Exceptions to the occupancy limit are only made for infants under the age of three. Additional visitors must also be pre-approved by our management team. Four guests are included in the standard booking price. Each guest after 4 has a charge of $30 per guest per night.
Day Use: Only guests listing on the booking shall be able to enter the property and utilize our facilities and fishing areas. We do not offer a “day use” where friends and family not directly listed as guests may come and stay during the day. Seahaven management should be informed, and in most cases will approve, luncheon and dinner request to bring unregistered guests inside the units for small get-togethers. We will not grant pool access, facility access, nor fishing spaces to unregistered guests.
Linens & Stains Cost: Replacement costs for lost or stained items below-
$50 – Linens, $25 – Bath towels, $10 – Pillowcases, $5 – Hand towels, $50 – Comforters. $75 – missing Beach cooler.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is only allowed on the private patios, decks or by the canal NOT inside the home. Residual marijuana or cigarette odor will result in a $500 charge for professional cleaning services.
Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed at the property with a maximum of 2 dogs per booking. We have a grass area in front of the building for dogs. Fees will be charged as follows and are segregated by size (under and over 25lbs).

Please keep your dogs always leashed within the property and please do not leave your dogs unattended inside the unit unless they’re in a kennel. If an unreported pet is found to be staying in the property, the guest may be charged $500.00 and will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
Service Animal: A dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. No pet fees will be applied.
Emotional Support Animal: A dog that provides companionship, relieves loneliness, or helps with depression, anxiety, or certain phobias but is not required to have special training to perform tasks that assist people with disabilities. Standard charges for pet fees will be applied.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in and check-out instructions will be included with your reservation confirmation. Check-in time is 3:00pm. We never know what may happen prior to a guest’s arrival so early check-ins are not guaranteed but may be accommodated depending on availability. Check-out time is 11:00am. You may arrange for a late check-out, if available, for a fee of $25/hour. Any guest staying past 2:00pm will be charged for an additional day of rent.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Cancellations made between 14 – 8 days will receive 50% refund for cancellations. Cancellations 7 days or less from check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. We recommend that guests purchase Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
