Blending a posh modern style with cozy comforts for families and couples alike, this beautiful home is designed to entertain with ease – Perfectly situated to sample all of Corpus Christi’s favorite outdoor pastimes like beaching at the Bob Hall Pier, birding at Mustang Island State Park and of course fishing!

The Space

Recently remodeled 2+2.5 townhome within a boutique 7 unit waterfront complex redesigned exclusively for our guests. This unit has beautiful tile flooring throughout, a private patio with great views, along with access to our shared pool, media room and gym. The complex has hundreds of feet of waterfront for fishing in our own private honey hole. Seagulls, pelicans and cranes are constant companions on the property.

Newly renovated kitchen with all brand new appliances, a multi-burner electric stove, modern back splash and a high-end granite counter top and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Fully equipped, comes with:

Room 1

This is the master bedroom with a King-sized bed located on the second floor. It has a large closet and build in chest of drawers, we have a 50 inch Wall mounted TV, which is WIFI connected and capable of streaming your favorite apps. It has two reading lights. The master bedroom has a private desk wrapped in very pretty granite. This room has its own private bathroom tiled in a white basketweave marble with a light grey marble border and lighted vanity mirror. Walk in shower with a teak shower bench and teak bathmat.

Room 2

This room, located on the second floor, has a Double Queen bunk bed set. Chic papasan chair for reading and a beautiful large custom desk wrapped in granite. A 50 inch Wall mounted TV, WIFI connected TV. This bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and a private remodeled bathroom. The bathroom is tiled in a white basketweave marble with a light grey marble border and has a classic porcelain bathtub with shower. The bathroom is completed with a lighted vanity mirror and a teak bathmat.

Desk with bookshelves

Books of varied topics which hopefully my many decerning guests will appreciate. We have some board games, puzzles and a poker set too.

Laundry

This unit does include a washer and dryer at the top of the stairs. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided as well as an iron and ironing board.

Patio

Private outdoor patio with wood love seats and bench. The patio also has a park style outdoor barbecue grill with all the necessary grilling utensils. Guests are responsible for their own briquettes. Please place all used briquette ash in the metal bucket after use. Cleaning is on the honor system.

Gym / Media Room

The Gym / Media room is situated by the pool and is a shared space for the enjoyment of all guests. There is a 65 inch Samsung TV, puzzles, cards, board games and an arcade unit with over 1,000 retro games (including all versions of Street Fighter II) for use. The gym area has a dumbbell weight set, weight bench, bozu ball and elliptical machine and fan bike.

Outdoor Area

The complex has a large pool with six outdoor chaise lounges as well as a shared grilling station and a shaded 6-seater table and bench. We have a sitting gazebo as well next to our very large pool. The hot tub is on a platform overlooking a wide expanse of the canal. At the water’s edge we have an 8-seater table and 4 Adirondack chairs, this is a great space for family dinners or to bird watch.

Brand new docks and slips for 2025. 200′ of docks wrap the entire complex at the bulkhead. 2x 35′ slips, 2x 20′ slips and multiple other places to tie up boats large and small. The central dock has multiple sitting areas, a large built-in table with seating for 6, an outdoor kitchenette. and a large fish cleaning station with ice chest. This dock has electrical power and is lit at night. We have 2 stainless steel fishing holders.

This unit has 1 designated parking spaces. Please be mindful of the parking. The parking spaces listed 1A is clearly painted in yellow. There is ample street parking. Large trucks may use my designated “Guest Parking” in the complex next door. Trailers should be placed in one of our two designated “Trailer Parking” spots.

Guest Access

Guests will be able to access their unit as well as the common areas of the complex around the pool and by the bulkhead.

Interaction with Guests

Normally I am not available to socialize onsite but my co-hosts Ms. Lutchie is available by phone or on site to answer any questions or concerns.

General Disclosures for all Guests / House Rules

Occupancy Limits: Occupancy limits are posted and confirmed at time of reservation. If guests exceed the occupancy limits agreed upon at the time of the reservation, the guest will be asked to leave without a refund. Exceptions to the occupancy limit are only made for infants under the age of three. Additional visitors must also be pre-approved by our management team. Four guests are included in the standard booking price. Each guest after 4 has a charge of $30 per guest per night.

Day Use: Only guests listing on the booking shall be able to enter the property and utilize our facilities and fishing areas. We do not offer a “day use” where friends and family not directly listed as guests may come and stay during the day. Seahaven management should be informed, and in most cases will approve, luncheon and dinner request to bring unregistered guests inside the units for small get-togethers. We will not grant pool access, facility access, nor fishing spaces to unregistered guests.

Linens & Stains Cost: Replacement costs for lost or stained items below-
$50 – Linens, $25 – Bath towels, $10 – Pillowcases, $5 – Hand towels, $50 – Comforters. $75 – missing Beach cooler.

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is only allowed on the private patios, decks or by the canal NOT inside the home. Residual marijuana or cigarette odor will result in a $500 charge for professional cleaning services.

Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed at the property with a maximum of 2 dogs per booking. We have a grass area in front of the building for dogs. Fees will be charged as follows and are segregated by size (under and over 25lbs).

Please keep your dogs always leashed within the property and please do not leave your dogs unattended inside the unit unless they’re in a kennel. If an unreported pet is found to be staying in the property, the guest may be charged $500.00 and will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.

Service Animal: A dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. No pet fees will be applied.

Emotional Support Animal: A dog that provides companionship, relieves loneliness, or helps with depression, anxiety, or certain phobias but is not required to have special training to perform tasks that assist people with disabilities. Standard charges for pet fees will be applied.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in and check-out instructions will be included with your reservation confirmation. Check-in time is 3:00pm. We never know what may happen prior to a guest’s arrival so early check-ins are not guaranteed but may be accommodated depending on availability. Check-out time is 11:00am. You may arrange for a late check-out, if available, for a fee of $25/hour. Any guest staying past 2:00pm will be charged for an additional day of rent.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Cancellations made between 14 – 8 days will receive 50% refund for cancellations. Cancellations 7 days or less from check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. We recommend that guests purchase Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

Hurricane and Mandatory Evacuation Policy: We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance for stays during hurricane season – June 1st through November 30th. In the event of an evacuation of Padre Island, whether voluntary or mandatory, we will not issue refunds nor will we move the reservation to alternative dates. If you have declined travel insurance, you shall not be entitled to a refund.
 
Guest: Upon arrival the guest agrees to notify property owner or management team of any damage to the property. Guests agree to accept responsibility for all damage caused by negligence or willful disregard by guests or members of their party.
 
Neighbors: No loud music or parties. Please respect the neighbors as you would in your own neighborhood. Guests shall not use rental or permit it to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purposes or in any manner that interferes with other residents on the property. Violations of this rule could result in immediate eviction. Please observe speed limits at all times. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Should you have a problem with noise coming from another unit please contact our staff or the local police department.

Lost or Forgotten Items: Check the property carefully before leaving. Property owner and staff will not be responsible for items left in properties after check-out. Please notify Seahaven management as soon as you realize you’ve forgotten something, and we will make every effort to locate and return lost and forgotten items when the property is unoccupied but there is no guarantee they will be found. If a guest leaves an item on the property and wishes to have it mailed back to them they will be required to pay for the postage as well as a $50 service fee. Any forgotten items must be retrieved within 10 days, or they will be donated to a local charity.
