This unit is a spectacular waterfront retreat. This bright and inviting 1-bedroom unit with a king bed is designed for solo travelers or couples, but the pull-out couch can comfortably accommodate additional guests. Whether you’re heading to Whitecap Beach, birdwatching at Mustang Island State Park, or casting a line at one of the area’s top fishing spots, this location is perfectly positioned to enjoy all of Corpus Christi’s favorite coastal activities.

The Space

This charming 1-bedroom unit has a tan and brown color palette. The kitchen is brand new and includes a stunning waterfall granite breakfast bar. The bedroom offers a modern design, built in wood headboard and dimmable LED lited moulding. The unit boasts an open layout with abundant natural light, and the bedroom and bathroom have been fully renovated, including a large shower, with a black marble inlay and a granite vanity.  Guests enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub, along with expansive outdoor areas. The property also offers 150 feet of private waterfront, perfect for fishing in our own well-known honey hole. You’ll often spot seagulls, pelicans, herons, and cranes as part of the serene coastal atmosphere.

Living Room

Open living room with 72 inch sleeper couch and complementary sitting chair and poof. 4 person dining set with beach themed place mats. Monopoly / Scrabble and a poker card set are included in the coffee table. Electric fireplace with color changing designs and heating element. LED candles throughout.

Room 1

This bedroom has a very comfortable King-sized bed set against a wooden headboard. The room has a fan with a remote and a 50 inch TV. The bedroom has a large 4 drawer wardrobe and perfect nook with desk and lamp. The nightstands are black with rattan. Built-in LED full length mirrors complete the closet area.  Crown moulting is lit and dimmable to really give this bedroom special character.

Bathroom

Large bathroom with wrapped mirrored and a built in vanity. L shaped vanity desk with lighted magnifying mirror. Vanity granite matching the kitchen. Oversized shower with modern glass shower door. The shower features earth toned tile and a black marble inlay. 

Laundry

This unit does include a washer and dryer at the top of the stairs. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided as well as an iron and ironing board.

Utility Closet

Iron / full size ironing board are in the closet under the stairs. We also include a beach cooler, 2 beach towels, and 2 beach chairs along with a broom and dustpan. At the top of the stairs there is a brand new LG washer dryer combo and a full length built-in LED mirror. Stairs are wood with a marble tile inlay.

Outdoor Area

Our sunshaded pool is right at the water’s edge and is an excellent place for photos and relaxing. There are multiple loungers within the pool area and 4  adirondack chairs.  Try our hot tub after a great day of beaching!  In addition, we have  a 150 foot dock that covers the entire back of the complex.  The outdoor kitchen, fish cleaning station, and dining areas all have lights at night. There is a beautiful 6 seater table with lazy suzan over the water.  We even have cornhole to play along the water’s edge. The property boasts a floating dock for easier ingress and egress while swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. This is a great space for enjoying our beautiful canal in good company.

Guest Access

Guests will be able to access their unit as well as the common areas of the complex around the pool and by the bulkhead.

Interaction with Guests

Normally I am not available to socialize onsite but my co-hosts Ms. Lutchie is available by phone or on site to answer any questions or concerns.

General Disclosures for all Guests / House Rules

Occupancy Limits: Occupancy limits are posted and confirmed at time of reservation. If guests exceed the occupancy limits agreed upon at the time of the reservation, the guest will be asked to leave without a refund. Exceptions to the occupancy limit are only made for infants under the age of three. Additional visitors must also be pre-approved by our management team. Four guests are included in the standard booking price. Each guest after 4 has a charge of $30 per guest per night.

Day Use: Only guests listing on the booking shall be able to enter the property and utilize our facilities and fishing areas. We do not offer a “day use” where friends and family not directly listed as guests may come and stay during the day. Seahaven management should be informed, and in most cases will approve, luncheon and dinner request to bring unregistered guests inside the units for small get-togethers. We will not grant pool access, facility access, nor fishing spaces to unregistered guests.

Linens & Stains Cost: Replacement costs for lost or stained items below-
$50 – Linens, $25 – Bath towels, $10 – Pillowcases, $5 – Hand towels, $50 – Comforters. $75 – missing Beach cooler.

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is only allowed on the private patios, decks or by the canal NOT inside the home. Residual marijuana or cigarette odor will result in a $500 charge for professional cleaning services.

Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed at the property with a maximum of 2 dogs per booking. We have a grass area in front of the building for dogs. Fees will be charged as follows and are segregated by size (under and over 25lbs).

Please keep your dogs always leashed within the property and please do not leave your dogs unattended inside the unit unless they’re in a kennel. If an unreported pet is found to be staying in the property, the guest may be charged $500.00 and will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.

Service Animal: A dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. No pet fees will be applied.

Emotional Support Animal: A dog that provides companionship, relieves loneliness, or helps with depression, anxiety, or certain phobias but is not required to have special training to perform tasks that assist people with disabilities. Standard charges for pet fees will be applied.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in and check-out instructions will be included with your reservation confirmation. Check-in time is 3:00pm. We never know what may happen prior to a guest’s arrival so early check-ins are not guaranteed but may be accommodated depending on availability. Check-out time is 11:00am. You may arrange for a late check-out, if available, for a fee of $25/hour. Any guest staying past 2:00pm will be charged for an additional day of rent.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Cancellations made between 14 – 8 days will receive 50% refund for cancellations. Cancellations 7 days or less from check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. We recommend that guests purchase Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

Hurricane and Mandatory Evacuation Policy: We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance for stays during hurricane season – June 1st through November 30th. In the event of an evacuation of Padre Island, whether voluntary or mandatory, we will not issue refunds nor will we move the reservation to alternative dates. If you have declined travel insurance, you shall not be entitled to a refund.
 
Guest: Upon arrival the guest agrees to notify property owner or management team of any damage to the property. Guests agree to accept responsibility for all damage caused by negligence or willful disregard by guests or members of their party.
 
Neighbors: No loud music or parties. Please respect the neighbors as you would in your own neighborhood. Guests shall not use rental or permit it to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purposes or in any manner that interferes with other residents on the property. Violations of this rule could result in immediate eviction. Please observe speed limits at all times. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Should you have a problem with noise coming from another unit please contact our staff or the local police department.

Lost or Forgotten Items: Check the property carefully before leaving. Property owner and staff will not be responsible for items left in properties after check-out. Please notify Seahaven management as soon as you realize you’ve forgotten something, and we will make every effort to locate and return lost and forgotten items when the property is unoccupied but there is no guarantee they will be found. If a guest leaves an item on the property and wishes to have it mailed back to them they will be required to pay for the postage as well as a $50 service fee. Any forgotten items must be retrieved within 10 days, or they will be donated to a local charity.
